Program Review
Annual Cycle
- Departments complete annual Program Assessment Reports (PARs). The Director of Academic Assessment and Effectiveness reviews and provides feedback to each department. Additionally, the Academic Affairs Annual Assessment Report is completed each year based on an aggregate overview of all the PARs and assessment practices happening in Academic Affairs. The goal of the report is to provide transparency and a short and long term view of assessment practices and then use that information to make improvements.

Academic Assessment Committee
Charges: AAC shall study and make recommendations concerning campus assessment policy and ensure implementation of assessment activities, including but not limited to
- A. periodically evaluating the University mission documents;
- B. periodically evaluating the general education learning outcomes;
- C. coordinating all academic assessment activities on campus with Academic Affairs and the Director of Institutional and Market Research;
- D. reviewing academic assessment data and making recommendations to the General Faculty.
